摘要
目的探讨社区护士职业倦怠程度及其影响因素。方法采用整群抽样方法,抽取深圳市光明新区工作半年以上的社区护士进行问卷调查。结果社区护士在情感耗竭(EE)维度的中度和高度倦怠发生率为56.10%,去人格化(DP)维度为43.09%,低个人成就感(PA)维度为78.05%;不同文化程度、月收入、护患关系满意度的社区护士职业倦怠有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论社区护士职业倦怠发生率较高,文化程度、月收入、护患关系满意度等是其影响因素。针对该人群特点,制定相关的卫生政策,缓解其工作压力,预防和矫治职业倦怠,切实保障社区护士身心健康。
Objective To assess the condition of occupational burnout and related impact factors among community med- ical nurses. Methods The cluster sampling was used to select 220 nurses who worked for more than six months to conduct a questionnaire survey in community in Shenzhen Bao'an district. Results The proportion of community nurse exhibited high burnout on Emotion Exhaustion(EE) ,Depersonalization(DP)and Personal Accomplishment (PA)were 56.10%, 43.09% and 78. 05% respectively. There were significant differences (p〈0. 05)in occupational burnout among nurses in education, monthly income and the satisfaction with relationship between nurses and patients. Conclusion Community nurses suffer high occupational burnout and the common impact factors are education, monthly income and the satisfaction with relation- ship between nurses and patients. Relevant health policies are necessary to control their stress at work to promote occupational health.
