微格教学对年轻护士临床技能培训的应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨微格教学对提升年轻护士临床技能培训效果的价值。方法以2015年10月-2016年1月我院年轻护士120名为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各60名。对照组接受传统教学方法。观察组采用微格教学法。比较两组教学前后护理技能考核成绩及自我效能感量表(GSES)评分的差异。结果教学前两组护理技能考核成绩及GSES评分接近;教学后观察组肌肉注射、静脉输液操作评分及GSES评分明显高于对照组,有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论微格教学能够有效提升年轻护士临床护理技能及自我效能感。 Objective To probe into the value of Microteaching to improve the effect of clinical skills training of young nurses. Methods 120 cases of young nurses in our hospital from October,2015 to January,2016 were taken as the research objects, and these patients were randomly divided into two groups. In the control group, they received the traditional teach ing method while in the observation group, used the Microteaching. Then, before and after teaching nursing skills assess- ment scores and self efficacy scale (GSES) score of two groups were statistical compared. Results Before teaching, the nursing skills assessment score and GSES score of two groups were approached. After the teaching, the observation group of muscle injection, intravenous infusion operation score and GSES score was significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was significant (P〈0. 05). Conclusion The Microteaching can effectively enhance the young nurses clinical nursing skills and self--efficacy, thus should be promoted.
