愈消胶囊治疗气阴两虚型2型糖尿病疗效观察

Yuxiao Jiaonang in Qiyin Liangxu Type The Clinical Effect of the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes

目的:探讨愈消胶囊治疗气阴两虚型2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:将患有2型糖病尿的患者120例随机分为2组,分别为对照组和观察组,每组各60例患者,对照组给以降糖、降压、调脂、治疗并发症等治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加我院自制剂愈消胶囊口服治疗,4个月后观察2组疗效,进行对比分析。结果:2组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白治疗后与治疗前比较,均有明显下降(P<0.01);治疗后组间比较,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);2组总有效率比照观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:愈消胶囊治疗气阴两虚型2型糖尿病安全有效,值得推广应用于临床。

Objective ： to explore Yuxiao capsule in the treatment of qi and Yin type of type 2 diabetes clinical curative effect. Methods： 120 cases of patients with type 2 disease urine sugar were randomly divided into two groups, control group and observation group, respectively, each group of 60 cases, control group given hypoglycemic, antihypertensive, lipid, treatment, complications such as treatment, the observation group in the control group on the basis of our hospital since the preparation theYuxiao capsule oral treatment, after 3 months observation curative effect, the two groups were analyzed. Results：two groups of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, compared with before treatment, after treatment were significantly decreased （P〈0.01）; Comparison between groups after treatment, the observation group was better than control group （ P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ） ; Two groups total effective rate in observation group was better than control group （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Yuxiao capsule in the treatment of qi and Yin deficiency type two elimination type 2 diabetes is safe and effective, and worthy of popularization and application in clinical.
