心脑宁胶囊应用于不稳定型心绞痛效果评析

Effect of Xinnaoning Capsule in Treatment of Unstable Angina

目的:评析冠心病不稳定型心绞痛应用心脑宁胶囊治疗的临床效果,以及评估心脑宁胶囊用药安全性。方法:以112例冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者为调查对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组56例给予西医常规治疗,实验组56例在西医常规治疗的基础上应用心脑宁胶囊治疗,疗程均为14d,观察比较2组患者临床症状疗效、心电图疗效、治疗前后心绞痛发作次数与持续时间等的差异,并对用药期间安全性进行评估。结果:实验组临床症状疗效、心电图疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后心绞痛发作次数、持续时间等均较治疗前减少(P<0.05),实验组的减少幅度显著更大(P<0.05);2组患者治疗前后肝肾功能、血尿常规等均未见明显异常。结论:应用心脑宁胶囊治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛有助于改善临床症状,减少心绞痛发作,且用药安全,属于治疗不稳定型心绞痛理想药物,值得基层医疗重视并推广。

Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of Xinnaoning capsule in the treatment of unstable angina of coronary heart disease and discuss its mechanism and medication safety. Methods： 112 patients with the unstable angina of coronary heart disease treated in this hospital were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in both grolJps were all given the conventional western medicine treatment. Besides, 56 patients in the experimental group were given the treatment of Xinnaoning capsule, with the course of 14d. Afterwards, the clinical symptoms and effect, electro- cardiogram, frequency and duration of angina attack before and after the treatment were compared between two groups and the medication safety was evaluated. Results ： the overall response rate of clinical symptoms for patients in the ex- perimental group was 91.1%, which was significantly higher than 71.4% of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） ; the overall response rate of electrocardiogram for patients in the experimental group was 78.6%, which was significantly higher than 55.4% of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） ; there was no significant difference in the frequency and duration of angina attack before the treatment between two groups （ P〉0.05 ）, while these two indices were reduced after the treatment （ P〈0.05 ） and the reduction was significantly higher in the experimental group （ P〈0.05 ）. There were no obvious abnormality of renal and liver function and blood and urine routine examination before and after the treatments for patients in both groups. Conclusion： The application of Xinnaoning capsule in the treatment of unstable angina of coronary heart dis- ease can improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the angina attack with the safe medication. It is the ideal drug for the treatment of unstable angina, which is worthy to be popularized in the primary medical care.
