摘要 CXC趋化因子配体12(chemokine C-X-C motif ligand 12,CXCL12)是一种能诱导细胞向损伤部位定向运动的小分子蛋白质,可诱导祖细胞归巢、迁移至病变部位以促进机体修复维持稳态。趋化因子CXCL12及其特异性受体CXC趋化因子受体4(C-X-C chemokine receptor 4,CXCR4)构成CXCL12/CXCR4生物学轴,参与炎症反应、肿瘤形成、免疫疾病的发生等。CXCL12/CXCR4在心脑血管疾病的发生发展中起重要的作用,现就CXCL12/CXCR4轴在心脑血管疾病中的作用进行综述。 The chemokine C-X-C motif ligand 12(CXCL12) is a small protein that mediates cell chemotaxis. It can regulate homing and mobilizing of stem cells or progenitor cells in bone marrow into peripheral blood and tissues after injury or stress in order to maintain homeostatic conditions. The chemokine receptor C-X-C chemokine receptor 4(CXCR4)and its ligand CXCL12, CXCL12/CXCR4 axis, participate in the inflammation, tumor, and immunity disease. Recently,many studies indicate that CXCL12/CXCR4 signaling pathway is essential for the therapy in cardio-cerebrovascular disease. The aim of this review is to introduce the effects of CXCL12/CXCR4 signaling pathway in the cardio-cerebrovascular disease.
