摘要
目的:探讨品管圈活动在提高住院患者预约和检查准点率中的应用效果。方法选取无锡市人民医院妇科A区2014年3~4月行影像学检查的95例患者作为品管圈活动前研究对象;2014年5月开始实施品管圈活动,选取2014年9~10月行影像学检查的96例患者作为品管圈活动后研究对象。通过比较品管圈活动实施前后患者预约和检查准点率及获得的无形成果情况。结果①QCC活动后患者预约和检查的准点执行率由活动前6.25%降低为活动后的0.5%,超出了预期目标,差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.8091, P〈0.01)。②QCC活动实施后,六个项目的无形成果得分均高于活动实施前,差异具有统计学意义( P〈0.01)。结论开展品管圈活动后,不仅提高了妇科住院患者预约和检查的准点率,同时还提高了护理人员的专业技术水平和质量管理能力,促进了护理质量的持续改进。
Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle ( QCC) in improving hospital-ized patients' appointments and check-in punctuality. Methods A total of 95 patients in the department of gynaecology in area A in Wuxi People's Hospital who received imaging examination from March 2014 to April 2014 were selected as the research objects before QCC activity; QCC activity was implemented in May 2014; while a total of 96 patients who received imaging examination from September 2014 to October 2014 were selected as the research objects after QCC ac-tivity. The appointment, the rate of check-in punctuality and the intangible results were compared before and after the implementation of QCC. Results ①After QCC activity, the appointment and the rate of check-in punctuality was re-duced to 0. 5% from 6. 25%, which was out of our expectations, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=9. 809 1, P〈0. 01). ②After the implementation of QCC activity, the scores of intangible achievement of six projects were higher than before, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0. 01) . Conclusion To carry out quality control circle activities, not only the hospitalized patients' appointments and check-in punctuality in gynaecology depart-ment but also the nursing staffs' professional technology skills and management abilities were all improved.
