盘状结构域受体1在消化系统肿瘤中的表达及其意义

摘要 盘状结构域受体1(DDR1)作为一种受体酪氨酸激酶(RTKs)在诸多肿瘤中表达异常,参与肿瘤的生长、浸润、转移等过程,有望成为肿瘤治疗的潜在目标。本文就DDR1在消化系统肿瘤中的表达及其意义作一综述。 Discoidin domain receptor 1 ( DDR1 ) is a kind of receptor tyrosine kinases ( RTKs), which is expressed abnormally in many tumors. It is involved in the development, invasion and metastasis process of tumors and may become a potential target of tumor therapy. This article reviewed the expression and significance of DDR1 in tumors of digestive system.
