玉米粉炭基固体酸催化制备生物柴油研究

摘要 以炭化-磺化方法制备的玉米粉炭基固体酸为催化剂,催化油酸与甲醇反应制备生物柴油,并考察了反应温度、催化剂用量、醇酸摩尔比、反应时间对油酸转化率的影响。结果表明,最优的反应条件为反应温度bt,催化剂用量7%(与油酸质量比),醇酸摩尔比10∶1,反应时间10 h,并以此条件进行反应,油酸转化率达到91.07%。通过GC-MS对产品进行分析,该工艺所得产品中甲酯含量为92.20%。 Biodiesel was synthesized from the esterification of oleic acid and methanol using maize starch carbon-based solid acid prepared by the method of carbonization-sulphonation from maize starch as the catalyst. The influence of reaction temperature,catalyst amount,methanol to oleic acid molar ratio and reaction time on the conversion of oleic acid was investigated. The result showed that the optimal reaction conditions were determined as follows: reaction temperature of bt,catalyst dosage of 7%( based on oleic acid weight),methanol to oleic acid molar ratio of 10∶ 1,reaction time of 10 h. Under the optimal reaction conditions,the conversion of oleic acid reached 91. 07%. The characterization of biodiesel by GC-MS indicated that the 92. 20% of the product through the process were methyl ester.
