酸枣仁鼻用温敏凝胶的制备研究 被引量:11

摘要 以酸枣仁皂苷为主药,泊洛沙姆P407和泊洛沙姆P188为凝胶材料,甘油为保湿剂,制备酸枣仁温敏凝胶;考察酸枣仁用量、凝胶材料比例对胶凝温度的影响,并通过正交实验设计法优选最佳处方工艺。结果表明,所得酸枣仁温敏凝胶的最佳处方为:泊洛沙姆P407 18%,泊洛沙姆P188 4%,甘油8%,磷酸盐缓冲液69.9%,尼泊金乙酯0.01%;所得温敏凝胶的平均胶凝温度为34.3℃。本实验制备工艺简单,所得酸枣仁温敏凝胶的胶凝温度适宜,开拓了酸枣仁皂苷用于治疗中枢性疾病的新型给药途径,具有良好的应用前景。 Using jujuboside as main drug,poloxamer P407 and poloxamer P188 as gel materials,glycerol as humectant to prepare Semen Ziziphi Spinosae nasal thermosensitive gel; Investigating the effects of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae volume,gel materials proportion on the gelatinization temperature,and the orthogonal experiment design was used to optimize the best preparation process. Results showed that the optimum prescription of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae nasal thermosensitive gel was: poloxamer P407 18%,poloxamer P188 4%,glycerol 8%,phosphate buffer 69. 9% and ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate 0. 01%; The average gelatinization temperature of the thermosensitive gel obtained was 34. 3 degrees. The experiment has the advantages of simple preparation process and appropriate gelatinization temperature of thermosensitive gel,developing a new administration of the jujuboside for treatment of diseases of the central nervous system,it has a good application prospect.
