摘要
以镍钼杂多酸簇为活性组分,将其负载到具有大比表面积的MOFs材料MIL-101上得到一种新的复合材料用于氧化脱硫的研究。结果表明,镍钼杂多酸簇可以在MIL-101中均匀分散,氧化脱硫效果优异,在催化剂负载量40%,催化剂用量3.3 mg/g,氧硫比为5,反应温度为60℃,反应时间120 min时,二苯并噻吩脱除率可达到96.1%。
POMs@MOFs composite material was prepared and used in the oxidative desulfurization of DBT,in which nickel-molybdenum polyoxometalates as the active component was supported on MIL-101,a typical MOFs with large specific surface area and good thermal stability. The results show that the nickel-molybdenum polyoxometalates was well dispersed in MIL-101. The activity of oxidative desulfurization was excellent,catalyst loading 40%,catalyst amount 3. 3 mg / g,oxygen ∶ sulfur = 5,reaction temperature60 ℃,reaction time 120 min,and DBT removal rate could reach 96. 1%.
