摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法与浸渍法制备以γ-Al_2O_3为载体的负载型CuO-TiO_2/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂,考察了焙烧温度对催化活性的影响及污染物甲苯中水蒸气的掺杂对去除率的影响。结果表明,在500℃焙烧制备的CuO-TiO_2/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂具有良好的低温催化性能,甲苯去除率达95%以上。甲苯废气中水蒸气对催化剂的催化性能具有较大干扰。催化活性与催化剂表面孔隙结构及晶相类型相关。
Using γ-Al2O3 as catalyst carrier,supported CuO-TiO2/ γ-Al2O3 were prepared by sol-gel method and impregnation method. The experiment investigated the effects of preparation of the catalyst calcination temperature on the catalytic activity and the target pollutant toluene water effect of removal of vapor doping. The results showed that at 500 ℃ calcination temperature prepared CuO-TiO2/ γ-Al2O3 catalyst has good low-temperature catalytic performance,and toluene was removed more than 95%. Toluene vapor in the exhaust gas of the catalytic properties of the catalyst has a greater interference,the catalysts related to pore structure of the catalysts and the formation of crystalline phases type.
