重金属铜、锌、铅胁迫对长鬃蓼部分抗性生理指标的影响 被引量:10

Effects of Heavy Metal Cu^(2+),Zn^(2+) and Pb^(2+) Stress on Some Resistance Physiological Indexes of Polygonum longisetum De Br.

摘要 以野生长鬃蓼(Polygonum longisetum De Br.)幼苗为试验材料,研究了不同浓度的Cu^(2+)、Zn^(2+)、Pb^(2+)单一胁迫对植物叶绿素、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质以及游离脯氨酸含量的影响。结果表明,随着Cu^(2+)、Zn^(2+)、Pb^(2+)浓度的升高,叶绿素含量呈先增加后减少的变化趋势,叶绿素(a/b)值的变化则不同。3种重金属对可溶性糖含量的影响程度为Pb^(2+)>Cu^(2+)>Zn^(2+);可溶性蛋白质含量随着Cu^(2+)、Zn^(2+)浓度的升高呈先升高后降低的趋势,随着Pb^(2+)浓度的升高则逐渐下降;低浓度Cu^(2+)、Zn^(2+)、Pb^(2+)胁迫增加了叶片游离脯氨酸含量,高浓度的Pb^(2+)、较高浓度的Cu^(2+)、Zn^(2+)处理使游离脯氨酸含量下降更为显著。总的来说,长鬃蓼对3种重金属胁迫的耐性由强到弱依次为Zn^(2+)、Cu^(2+)、Pb^(2+)。因此,长鬃蓼是修复重金属污染特别是Zn^(2+)污染的潜力野生草本植物。 Taking wild Polygonum longisetum De Br. seeding as experimental materials, the effects of different concentrations of Cu^(2+),Zn^(2+)and Pb^(2+)single stress on plant chlorophyll, soluble sugar, soluble protein and free proline content were studied.The results showed that, with the concentration of Cu^(2+),Zn^(2+),Pb^(2+)increases, the change trend of chlorophyll content was first increasing and then decreasing, the change of chlorophyll a / b value was different. The influence degree of three kinds of heavy metals on the soluble sugar content was Pb^(2+)Cu^(2+)Zn^(2+). Soluble protein content increased at the beginning, then decreased with the increase of concentration of Cu2 +and Zn2 +, and gradually decreased with the increase of concentration of Pb^(2+). Low concentration of Cu^(2+),Zn^(2+),Pb^(2+)stress increased the leaf free proline content, high concentrations of Pb^(2+)made free proline content decreased more significantly compare with relatively high concentration of Cu^(2+),Zn^(2+)deals. In the whole, the tolerance strength of P. longisetum De Br. for the three kinds of heavy metal stress form big to small orders as follows : Zn^(2+),Cu^(2+),Pb^(2+). Therefore, P. longisetum De Br. is fix potential of the types for repairing the heavy metal pollution, especially Zn^(2+)pollution.
