摘要
用冷浸法得到了3种不同溶剂(乙醇、丙酮和乙酸乙酯)的地肤子提取物,并采用ABTS体系评估其自由基清除能力,进一步研究其总酚含量与自由基清除能力之间的关系。结果表明,地肤子不同溶剂提取物均表现出一定的自由基清除能力,其中乙酸乙酯提取物的清除效果最优。地肤子不同溶剂提取物均可作为天然抗氧化剂应用。
Three extacts（ethanol, acetone and ethyl acetate） were obtained by cold-extraction, and its radical scavenging activities were studied by ABTS assay. The relationship between the contents of total phenolics and radical scavenging activity were also analyzed. The results showed that all the extracts, especially ethyl acetate（EAE）, presented good scavenging activity on radical. It indicated that all the extracts of Kochia scoparia could be used as natural antioxidants.
