摘要
设计了一种基于Matlab和模糊PID(proportional-integral-derivative)的智能配肥终端控制系统,该配肥控制系统由数据采集及控制系统、数模转换模块和各执行单元等器件组成。为提高智能配肥终端配肥精度和系统稳定性,提出了一种基于Matlab、SIMULINK和模糊比例积分微分PID的自适应模糊控制算法,该控制算法依据经验模糊控制规则,在线实时优化PID系数调校参数,有效改善了该系统的控制质量。结果表明,样机分别配制不同配肥总量的2种、3种和4种肥料时,误差均维持在0.85%,该控制系统超调量小,工作稳定,较好地满足了智能配肥终端配肥精度要求。
An intelligent fertilizer preparation terminals control system based on Matlab and fuzzy PID(proportional-integralderivative)was proposed, which was composed of data acquisition and control system, digital to analog conversion module,the execution unit and other parts. In order to improve the accuracy of the intelligent fertilizer preparation terminals control system and the stability of the control system, a self-adapted PID fuzzy control algorithm based on Matlab, SIMULINK and fuzzy PID was proposed. Relying on the experience fuzzy control rules, PID coefficient of calibration parameters were optimized in this algorithm and the performance of cruise control system was improved in this algorithm. The results showed that,different fertilizer amount of two, three or four kinds of fertilizers were confected by the model machine, respectively, the errors remained at 0.85%. The system kept in small overshoot and worked stably, which could meet the accuracy need of the intelligent fertilizer preparation terminals.
