摘要
目的探讨CK19、β-catenin在原发性肝细胞肝癌中的表达及其与临床病理学特征的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测肝脏不同病变组织中(正常肝组织30例,肝炎30例,肝硬化30例,早期肝癌30例,进展期肝癌80例)CK19、β-catenin蛋白的表达情况,分析CK19、β-catenin蛋白表达的差异及其与临床病理学特征的相关性。结果 CK19和β-catenin在早期肝癌和进展期肝癌中的表达均明显高于非肿瘤性肝组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CK19在肝细胞肝癌中阳性表达与有无癌栓、淋巴结转移、卫星灶、术后无瘤生存时间有一定相关性(P<0.05);β-catenin在肝细胞肝癌中的异常表达与肿瘤分化程度、肝被膜浸润、卫星灶等因素有一定相关性(P<0.05)。Spearman等级相关性分析显示,CK19和β-catenin在肝细胞肝癌中的表达无明显相关性。CK19和β-catenin异常表达患者较无表达患者预后差,且CK19的表达与患者预后有一定相关性(P<0.05)。结论CK19和β-catenin在肝细胞肝癌中的表达,提示二者在肝癌的发生、发展中起一定作用,且对肝细胞肝癌的生物学行为判断及预后评估有一定参考价值。
Objective To investigate the expression of CK19,β-catenin in primary hepatocellular carcinoma and the association with clinicopathological features.Methods The expression of CK19 and β-catenin in different liver lesions were detected by immunohistochemistry SP method,including 30 cases of normal liver tissues,30 cases of hepatitis,30 cases of cirrhosis,30 cases of early stage hepatocellular carcinoma and 80 cases of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma.Results The expression of CK19 and β-catenin in hepatocellular carcinoma were significantly higher than those in non-tumor liver tissues,and the results were statistically significant(P 0.05).The expression of CK19 was related with cancer embolus,lymph node metastasis,satellite lesions,postoperative survival time(P 0.05),and expression ofβ-catenin was related with tumor differentiation,capsule infiltration,satellite lesions(P 0.05).Spearman rank correlation analysis revealed that expression of CK19 and β-catenin in hepatocellular carcinoma was no significant correlation.CK19 and β-catenin abnormal expression revealed a poor prognosis,and expression of CK19 had a certain relevance with the prognosis of patients.Conclusion The expression of CK19andβ-catenin played the role in the development of hepatocellular carcinoma,which would provide the reference for the biological behavior and prognosis judgment of hepatocellular carcinoma.
