摘要
在添加不同掺量Sasobit温拌剂的条件下,对温拌和热拌橡胶沥青进行性能指标对比分析,得出Sasobit温拌剂的最优添加量;在其最优添加量下对温拌和热拌橡胶沥青混合料的物理力学指标进行对比分析,确定了温拌橡胶沥青混合料的最佳拌和压实温度,并对该温度下的温拌和热拌橡胶沥青混合料进行了路用性能分析。结果表明:加入Sasobit温拌剂后,橡胶沥青和橡胶沥青混合料的高温稳定性能得到显著提高,而低温性能有一定程度的降低。
Mixed with different amounts of Sasobit, the warm mix rubberized asphalt was compared with hot mix asphalt on performance indices, and the optimal mixing amount of Sasobit was determined. Mechanical characteristics of warm mix rubberized asphalt with optimal amount of Sasobit were studied, based on which the optimal temperature for mixing and compaction was determined. The pavement performance of the warm mix rubberized asphalt at its optimal temperature was studied, and the results show that Sasobit improves the high-temperature stability of the warm mix rubberized asphalt, while the low-temperature performance drops a little bit.
