摘要
由于摊铺机熨平板连接螺栓的数量会影响拼装效率,为了给减少连接螺栓数量的设计提供理论支持,对摊铺机熨平板的连接螺栓受力较大的2种工况,即正常施工工况和悬挂工况进行探讨,并对连接螺栓的受力进行了理论分析,得出了连接螺栓的最大受力、预紧力及拧紧力矩,并在此基础上提出了连接螺栓组的设计原则。此外,结合实例对连接螺栓组的连接强度进行了计算分析。
Given that the numbers of connecting bolts of paver screed closely affect the assembly efficiency, two working conditions in which the connecting bolts bear large forces, namely the normal working condition and the suspension condition, were discussed to provide theoretical basis for using less connecting bolts in design. Force analysis was conducted, and the maximum force and preload and tightening torque were obtained, based on which the design principle of connecting bolts was proposed.
