Automatic Spraying System for Curing of Precast Beams Based on GPRS

针对传统预制梁喷淋养生存在质量监测和控制的问题,结合单片机技术、GPRS无线通信技术以及传感器技术,设计了基于单片机、GPRS无线网络的预制梁喷淋养生自动控制系统。该系统能够实现预制梁喷淋作业的自动控制,并利用互联网技术和网络数据库技术将监控中心的数据发布到广域网,使工作人员可以通过Web浏览器或客户端对预制梁的养生情况进行远程监控和调度指挥。

In view of the fact that it is hard to monitor and control the quality of precast beams curing in traditional way, an automatic spraying system for the curing of precast beams was design based on SCM and GPRS wireless network. The system enables the automatic control over the spraying, and distributes data achieved from the monitoring center to WAN via Internet and network database technology. As a result, the technicians can conduct the remote monitoring of the curing of precast beams with the Web browsers and clients.
