摘要
针对道路工程中周转材料及小型机具重复使用的特点,概述了施工企业对周转材料及小型机具的管理现状及普遍存在的问题,并在此基础上探讨了周转材料和小型机具的管理模式和周转效率,最后提出严格管理合同、认真梳理资产、有效盘活资产、加强索赔管理等切实可行的强化管理对策和对相关问题的解决办法,可为施工企业的资产管理提供有益的参考。
Aimed at the fact that turnover materials and small equipment are repeatedly used in road projects, current management situation and the common problems were summarized, based on which the management pattern and turnover efficiency were discussed. Measures for management enhancement and solutions such as strict management of the contract and assets, effectively revitalizing the assets and strengthening management of claims were proposed, which provides construction contractors with reference to assets management.
