摘要
针对塔式起重机在施工时常因超载、塔基沉降、操作不当等原因造成的塔机整体倾覆、坠毁现象,设计了一套测量塔机主枝顶端倾角的安全监测装置。该装置以具有24位模数转换器的C8051F350进行A/D转换、数据处理,利用高精度双轴倾角传感器SCA100T来测量主枝二轴向倾角,重点解决了塔机缺乏自我监测和智能化控制的问题,能够实现塔身侧向垂直度测量,为预防塔机倾覆的监控系统提供倾角预警信息。经实验测试分析,装置测量数据准确,通过温度补偿及滤波处理后测量精度可达到0.01°;运行稳定可靠,由MATLAB串口通信模块显示数据波动范围小,因此该装置较好地满足了预防塔机倾覆的监控要求。
In order to solve the crash, overturn problems of tower cranes, an angle measure device installed at the top of main tower crane branch was designed to measure the tower lateral verticality indirectly and to provide safety warning information for the monitoring system. The device takes C8051F350,which owns 24 high precision analog to digital converters, as the control unit and uses high precision dual-axis tilt sensor SCA100T based on 3D-MEMS to test the axial inclination of the main branch two. Experi- mental tests show that the measurement accuracy can reach 0.01° after the temperature compensation and filtering process. Further more, the high stability is manifested by the small data fluctuation range the MATLAB serial port module shows. Thus, the measur- ing device can meet monitoring requirements for preventing the tower cranes from overturning.
