摘要
依据换料机特点,研制一套采用分布式控制体系的摄像系统。系统用CAN总线实现分布分散的多控制节点间的参数传输;通过视频分配和切换模块进行耐辐照视频的多终端输出;系统设计视频格式转换模块实现远程监控。经现场应用和参数测试,系统传输控制参数具有实时性好,误码率低等特点;传输视频具有低损耗、高可靠等特点。
According to the characters of camera system of Nuclear Fuel Manipulate Crane ( NFMC), a camera system with distributed control architecture was designed. CAN Bus was adopted to transfer parameters among the scattered distribution control nodes. Video data was distributed to multiple terminals by video distribution and video switching module. Video format conversion module was implemented to finish remote monitoring. Field application and parameter test show that the system has well real-time and low symbol error rate in parameter transmission and has low loss and high reliability in video transmission.
