新形势下关于长江采砂管理的思考

Sand excavation management in Yangtze River under new situation

采砂管理一直是长江流域管理工作的一项重要内容。通过对现有研究成果的分析与总结,在归纳长江河道采砂管理已取得的经验基础上,分析了长江河道采砂现状,指出目前采砂管理中存在的问题,并针对现存问题,结合长江经济带发展需求,提出了在新形势下进一步加强长江河道采砂管理的相关建议。

Sand excavation management has been regarded as one of the important contents of administration in the Yangtze River Basin. The current situation of sand mining in river courses of the Yangtze River has been reviewed through summary of existed study results and accumulated experiences of sand mining management. Suggestions for strengthening management of sand mining under the new situation are raised considering needs of development of Yangtze Economic Belt.
