9%唑草酮·双氟磺草胺悬浮剂的高效液相色谱分析

摘要 [目的]建立高效液相色谱分离测定9%唑草酮·双氟磺草胺悬浮剂中有效成分含量的分析方法。[方法]采用Agilent Eclipse-C_(18)柱和二极管阵列检测器,以乙腈-磷酸水溶液为流动相,同时测定试样中唑草酮、双氟磺草胺的含量。[结果]唑草酮和双氟磺草胺在200~1000、100~500 mg/L质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数分别为0.9992、0.9994;标准偏差分别为0.045、0.037;RSD分别为0.72%、1.21%;平均回收率分别为99.13%、99.29%。[结论]该方法操作简便,分离效果好,精密度与准确度高,可同时测定唑草酮·双氟磺草胺含量。 [Aims] The HPLC method for the determination of carfentrazone-ethyl · florasulam 9% SC was established. [Methods] The contents of carfentrazone-ethyl and florasulam in the sample were analyzed with Agilent Eclipse -C18 column and diode array detector, while the mixture of acetonitrile and phosphoric acid solution was used as the mobile phase. [Results] The results showed that when the concentrations of carfentrazone-ethyl and florasulam were 200-1000 and 100-500 mg/L, the linear relationship was good, and the linear correlation coefficients were 0.9992 and 0.9994, the standard deviation were 0.045 and 0.037, the variation coefficients were 0.72 and 1.21%, the average recovery rates were 99.13 and 99.29%, respectively. [Conclusions] The method has the advantages of simple, convenient, good separation, high precision and accuracy. It could be used in the simultaneous determination of cantrazone-ethyl and florasulam.
