四川省汉族地区HIV/AIDS社会支持现状及影响因素分析

Analysis on Social Support of HIV/AIDS in Han Regions of Sichuan and its Influencing Factors

目的了解四川省汉族地区HIV/AIDS的社会支持现状及影响因素。方法采用《社会支持评定量表》及自行设计问卷,定量调查四川省汉族地区HIV/AIDS的社会支持现状及影响因素,并通过SPSS17.0统计分析。结果选取四川省汉族地区艾滋病高、中、低流行县(区)各1个,共调查180名HIV/AIDS,其社会支持总分为(29.28±8.45)分,明显低于全国常模及参与抗病毒治疗的HIV/AIDS的社会支持总分(P<0.05)。单因素分析显示,不同HIV流行水平、婚姻状况、收入水平、被检测报告时间、感染途径及是否被他人知晓感染状况者的社会支持总分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素分析显示,低流行水平(β=0.530)、收入水平正常(β=0.214)是保护因素,较远的被检测报告时间(β=-0.158)是风险因素。结论四川省汉族地区HIV/AIDS的社会支持程度不高,影响因素众多,有必要进一步加强中、高流行区以及低收入HIV/AIDS的关怀工作。

Objective To learn and analyze the social support of HIV/AIDS in Han regions of Sichuan and its influencing factors. Methods Quantitative survey was used to collect data. The social support was measured by Social Support Rating Scale （SSRS） , and the related factors were also collected. SPSS17.0 was used to conduct statistic analysis. Results 180 HIV/AIDS from 3 counties of different prevalence rate of HIV were investigated. The total score of social support of HIV/AIDS was （29.28 ± 8.45 ） , which was lower than the norm domestic level and that of HIV/AIDS receiving free highly active antiretroviral therapy （HAART） （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The results of univariate analysis indicated that different HIV prevalence level, marital status, income level, reporting date, infective pathway and infection status known or not known by other people were statistically different （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The results of multivariate analysis showed that lower HIV prevalence level （β= 0. 530） and normal income level （β=0. 214） were the protective factors. Meanwhile the farer reporting date （β= -0. 158） was the risk factor. Conclusion The social support of HIV/AIDS in Han regions of Sichuan was not strong, and it was influenced by many factors. It was necessary to do a better care job in middle and high HIV prevalence level area and low in- come HIV/AIDS.
