Monitoring and Evaluation of the Disinfection Effects in Medical Institutions of Sichuan Province,1998-2012

目的了解医疗机构消毒质量,进一步加强医疗机构的消毒管理工作,从而预防可能发生的医院感染。方法1998-2012年对19家省直医疗机构按照GB15982-1995《医院消毒卫生标准》和GB15981-1995《消毒与灭菌效果的评价方法与标准》进行采样检测。结果 1998-2012年监测结果总合格率为95.06%。监测项目中干热灭菌、环氧乙烷灭菌和压力蒸汽灭菌器的合格率达100%,合格率最较低的有室内空气(89.00%)和医护人员手(93.72%)。结论四川省直属各医疗机构消毒效果检测合格率较好,对医疗机构中空气消毒等薄弱环节需要重点关注。

Objective To analyze the quality of disinfection and sterilization in medical institutions, find the existing problems in disinfection in medical institutions and improve the disinfection management to prevent the potential hospital infections. Methods According to the Hygienic standard for disinfection in hospitals （ GB15982 - 1995 ） and the Evaluating method and standard for the efficacy of disinfection and sterilization （ GB15981 - 1995 ）, the samples were detected from 1998 to 2012 continuously. Results The total qualified rate of 15 years investigation was 95.06% , which was grew year by year. In the monitoring project, the dry heat sterilization, ethylene oxide sterilization and pressure steam sterilizer effect were 100%. The lower qualified rates were the indoor air （89%） and the hands of medical staff （93.72%）. Conclusion The qualified rate of disinfection quality in medical institutions of Sichuan Province is satisfactory. The air disinfection in medical institutions should be paid more attention to prevent the potential hospital infections.
