2014年遂宁市全民健康生活方式效果评估

Effect Evaluation of National Healthy Lifestyle Action in Suining

目的评估遂宁市全民健康生活方式的效果,为更好地开展行动提供依据。方法采用随机抽样方法,在遂宁市所有区县分别随机抽取1个开展行动的地区和1个未开展行动的地区内的500名18岁及以上常住成年人进行问卷调查。结果干预地区的社区居民对健康生活方式核心知识知晓率为:健康生活方式内容80.0%,推荐身体活动水平83.0%,每日盐摄入的标准为59.6%,健康血压范围69.4%。健康行为率:油壶的使用率34.2%,盐勺的使用率30.0%,每日摄入蔬菜量达到标准占49.6%,摄入水果达到标准占42.4%,每天至少步行6 000步的比例占71.6%,所有指标均高于非干预地区,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总体健康生活方式核心知识知晓率均在60.0%以下。结论全民健康生活方式的干预对社区居民的健康起到了积极的促进作用,但是总体知识知晓率、健康行为率还偏低。不断推广全民健康生活方式行动的经验,积极有效地开展健康干预,是今后慢病防控工作的方向和重点。

Objective healthy lifestyle in S the action in future. To evaluate the effect of national uining, and provide evidence for Methods Use random sampling method to sample 500 community residents above 18 years old in one district where people do the action and in a district where people do not do this. Results The awareness rate of core knowledge about healthy lifestyle in intervention district are 80.0% for the content of healthy lifestyle; 83.0% for recommended Adults Physical Activity; 59.6% for salts intake standards; 69.4% for the range of healthy blood -pressure. Healthy behavior rates in intervention district are： 34. 2% for using oil -control containers; 59. 6% for using salt -control spoons; 49.6% for reach the level of vegetable - intake per day; 42.4% for reach the level of fruit - intake per day; 71.6% for reach the level of walking 6000 steps per day. All the rates in this district are higher than control district （P 〈 0.05 ）. But the total awareness rates of core knowledge about healthy lifestyle are lower than 60.0%. Conclusion The national healthy lifestyle action is good to the health of community residents. But the awareness rate of core knowledge and healthy behavior rate are still low in Suining. So, we should focus on promoting healthy lifestyle action in future.
