成都市健康人群流脑Y群和W135群抗体水平分析

Analysis of Neisseria Meningitis Y and W135 Antibody Level of Healthy Population in Chengdu

目的了解成都市健康人群流脑Y群及W135群抗体水平，为制定全市防制流脑措施提供科学依据。方法对成都市〈1岁、1—2岁、3～4岁、5～6岁、7～14岁、15～19和≥20岁7个年龄组，每组随机抽取不少于30人，采集血清。采用ELISA法检测人群血清中的Y群和W135流脑抗体，并进行统计分析。结果人群Y群的抗体阳性率及几何平均浓度（GMC）为88．28％、5．57μ/ml，W135群的抗体阳性率及GMC为61．64％、2．79μ/ml。流脑Y群以1—2岁组抗体阳性率最高、〈1岁最低，GMC〈1岁组最高、7～14岁最低，W135群以〈1岁组抗体阳性率最高、5～6岁最低。结论成都市健康人群的Y群和W135群抗体阳性水平及GMC较低，应重视和加强流脑Y群和W135群疫苗接种工作，以预防Y群和W135群脑膜炎奈瑟菌引起的流行性脑膜炎。

Objective To investigate the meningitidis serogroup Y and W135 antibody level among healthy population in Chengdu city. Methods The serum for antibody level test were collected in healthy people according to 〈1 years, 1 -2, 3 -4, 5-6, 7-14, 15 -19 and ≥20 years old. The serogroup antibody was detected by enzyme--linked immunosorbent （ELISA）. Results The positive rate of antibody of Y group and geometric mean concentration （GMC） was respectively 88.28% and 5.57 g/ml, the antibody positive rate and GMC of group W135 was respectively 61.64% and 2.79 μg/ml. Conclusion Meningitidis serogroup Y, W135 antibody levels and GMC are low. In order to prevent Y and W135 Neisseria meningitis, close attention need to be paid to Y and W135 immunization.
