2006-2014年河北省滦县布鲁菌病流行病学调查分析

Epidemiological Investigation and Analysis of Brucellosis in Luanxian County,Hebei Province,2006-2014

目的了解河北省唐山市滦县布鲁氏菌病疫情动态，为今后的防治工作提供一定的参考。方法结合临床症状、流行病学史及实验室检测，对2006—2014年发生的137例布鲁氏菌病患者、密切接触者进行流行病学调查及分析。结果2006—2009年报告人间布病3例，2010年7例，2011年17例，2012年40例，2013年40例，2014年30例。农民125例，感染人数较高；发病年龄以40～69岁居多；男性高于女性。小马庄发病率高于其他地区。结论2006—2014年河北省滦县布鲁氏菌病的发病总体呈上升趋势，发病人群以农民为主，其防治工作刻不容缓，应该加强布鲁氏菌病防治知识的宣传，特别是对农村地区畜牧兽医人员及农民养殖户的宣传，同时应高度重视高危人群的监测，强化各级各类医疗单位的职责，各职能部门加强合作、沟通，亦是不可忽略的工作。

Objective To understand the epidemic status of brucellosis in Luanxian county, Hebei province. Methods With epidemiological analysis, the clinical symptom, epidemiology history and lab test were performed in the 137 brucellosis cases reported in 2006 -2014 and close contacts. Results There were 3 human cases reported in 2006 -2009, 7 in 2010, 17 in 2011,40 in 2012, 40 in 2013 and 30 in 2014. There were 125 farmer cases, mainly distributed in 40 - 69 and the male cases were more than the female cases. The incidence was higher than that of other area. Conclusion The epidemic of brucellosis shows a rising trend during 2006 - 2014 in Luanxian county. The intervention, including surveillance and prevention knowledge propaganda should be timely carried out in the vulnerable populations. Moreover, communication and cooperation among departments are essential.
