早产儿七氟烷诱导期间重度喉痉挛2例报道 被引量：3

摘要 小儿麻醉期间最常见的上呼吸道梗阻是舌后坠和喉痉挛，如果不能在短时间内解除，极有可能发生心搏骤停。而早产儿呼吸系统发育尚未完善，氧储备少，且短时间缺氧即可造成永久性伤害，因此更为凶险。
