摘要 作为我国经济发展新一轮的增长点,沪、津、闵、粤将开启自贸试验区的2.0时代。而作为试验建设引擎的现代服务业人才培养势必成为关注焦点。各自贸区由于自身定位及侧重点不同,对于人才的需求也不尽相同。自贸区人才市场上经常会出现人才供需数量双高,但产业需求与人才供给严重错位的情形。其深层次的原因是由于人才培养与产业需求错位所造成的。综合各家之言,对于自由贸易区的人才培养问题,可从构建政府、高校、企业合作联动的培训机制;出台自贸区人才需求指引,建立稀缺人才数据库;发展社会培训,推进后续教育;院校调整专业结构,深化教学模式改革等方面着手,打造优质新型人才培养模式。 As the new growth point for China's economy, Shanghai, Tianjin, Fujian and Guangdong have stepped into the "Web. 2.0 Era" of free trade zones (FTZ). And as one of the construction engines, the training of modern service talent has become a focus of concern. Due to different development positioning, each FTZ has different demand for talents. It is not uncommon that in some FTZs rich in both talent demand and supply, the industrial demand and talent supply are seriously unmatched. It is caused by the inconsistency between talent training and industrial demand. Synthesizing various opinions, the author puts forward some suggestions: to build a training mechanism in which governments, colleges and enterprises can cooperate well, to produce a talent demand guide and establish a database of scarce talent, to develop social training and promote continuing education, and to create a high-quality brand-new training mode by adjusting specialty structure and deepening reform of teaching modes.
