中国城商行发展路径研究——基于“十三五”绿色发展理念的再思考

Research of Path Selection for City Commercial Banks——Based on the Concept of “Thirteen Five” Green Development

2015年我国经济下行趋势继续加剧,当年GDP同比增长率降至25年来最低点,同时商业银行不良贷款及盈利状况也在持续恶化。2016年是"十三五"规划的开局之年,绿色经济与绿色金融成为金融体系推进"可持续与包容性增长"的重要抓手,在此背景下作为我国金融体系的重要组成部分,城商行加快推动绿色转型已成为必然趋势。绿色城商行是发展绿色经济的内在要求、服务中小企业的必要条件、践行普惠金融的重要保障、传统银行业的创新补充。为推动我国绿色经济发展,实现银行轻型化转型,创造绿色中间业务收入,国内城商行应积极构建绿色金融产品及服务创新机制、重塑中小企业的绿色信贷审核投放体系、深度融合大数据技术优势、持续提升现代化竞争力、积极培育绿色金融专业化队伍、强化同利益关联方的合作机制。

In 2015, the downward trends of China＇s economy continue to worsen, when GDP year-on-year growth rate fell to the lowest in 25 years, while non-performing loans and profitability of commercial banks also continued to deteriorate. The year 2016 is the first year of ＂Thirteen Five Year Plan＂. The green economy and green finance is becoming an important starting point in financial system promoting ＂sustainable and inclusive growth＂. As an important part of China＇s financial system, city commercial banks are inevitable to accelerate and promote green transformation. Green commercial banks are the inherent requirement of the green economy development, a necessary condition for services to SMEs, an important guarantee for inclusive finance practice, and innovations complement for the traditional banking. To promote China＇s green economy, to realize banks＇ light transformation and to create green intermediate business income, domestic city commercial banks should actively build innovation mechanism of green financial products and services, remodel green credit review system serving SMEs, integrate big data technology, continue to enhance the competitiveness of modernization, actively cultivate green finance professional teams, and strengthen the cooperation mechanisms with stakeholders.
