摘要
针对多核素复杂源项难以实现核素分辨测量情况,提出了一种基于数学形态学的核素能谱寻峰算法,成功的解决了复杂能谱峰位识别、重峰剔除、弱峰漏检难题。将该算法植入数字化γ能谱仪对多种核素混合源项进行能谱平滑、形态学白帽变换、假峰滤除及峰位计算实验,结果表明该算法完全可用于复杂源项核素分辨测量。
Aiming at the difficultly in realizing the nuclide distinguishing measurement by complex source item with multi-nuclides,this article brings forward a nuclide spectrum peak searching algorithm based on the mathematical morphology and successfully solves difficult problems of complex spectrum peak location identification,repeated peak elimination and weak peak missing investigation. This algorithm is used in the digital gamma spectrometer to make smooth and morphologic white cap alteration,false peak elimination and peak location calculation tests for multi-nuclide mixing source items. And results show that this algorithm can be successfully applied in the nuclide distinguishing measurement with complex source items.
