摘要
为了解决传统汽车燃油消耗较大的问题,在某款经济型轿车基础上进行混合动力轿车设计和仿真技术研究。该混合动力轿车是在传统轿车的基础上加入了电机、电池箱和电机控制器,由于基础车型结构非常紧凑,为了保证较大的乘员舱空间,利用CAD进行混合动力轿车总布置设计,利用CATIA软件对发动机舱和后桥进行了设计和布置,同时对整车进行了动力性和经济性仿真计算,结果表明,该混合动力轿车在燃油经济性上较原有车型有较大提升。
Virtual design and simulation of hybrid electric vehicle on the basis of an economical car model is studied in this paper to solve the problem of huge fuel consumption for the traditional vehicle. The motor, the battery pack and the motor controller are added on HEV based on the traditional vehicle. Due to the compact car model, using CAD to design the general layout of HEV, using CATIA to design and arrange the engine compartment and the rear axle are described in the paper in order to ensure the passengers space as large as possible, at the same time the vehicle dynamic and economy is carried out the simulation calculation. The results show that the tirol economy of HEV is greatly improved compared with the original car model.
