摘要 针对混合动力汽车电子控制系统的内部线路布置、多路采集及实时通信问题,提出基于CAN总线的汽车状态实时监测方案。重点介绍了实时监测系统的硬件设计与软件实现。用2块DSP2812作为节点控制芯片,发送节点实现多路采集数据并通过e CAN模块多路发送。接收节点接收数据并通过SCI模块发至上位机,最终在Lab VIEW界面实时显示,通过试验验证该系统能够实现数据采集、通信及实时状态显示。该系统能实时监测电池组和电动机等信号,从而便于能量匹配和状态控制,实现汽车整体性能的提升。 Aiming at the problem of the internal circuit arrangement, multi channel acquisition and real time communication of the hybrid electric vehicle, a real time monitoring program based on CAN bus is put forward. The hardware design and software implementation of real time monitoring system are introduced in this paper. The use of two DSP2812 is as a node control chip.The sending node achieves multi-channel data acquisition and sends multi-channel transmission through the e CAN module.The receiving node receives the data and sends it to the host computer through SCI module. Finally, the Lab VIEW interface is displayed in real time. The system can realize data acquisition, communication and real-time status display through the experiment. The system can collect signals such as battery, motor and so on, so as to facilitate the energy matching and state control, and improve the overall performance of the automobile.
