摘要
为解决某车型翼子板冲压叠料及外观匹配问题,阐述翼子板冲压单件和外观匹配的控制难点,给出了解决问题的措施。同时,对翼子板出现叠料的原因进行了分析,提出翼子板冲压叠料的整改方法。最后得出:刺破刀工艺可有效解决翼子板冲压叠料问题。并对翼子板设计提出了相关建议。
This paper describes the difficulties for controlling the single fender stamping part and the parts fits in order to solve the problems of fender stacking and part fits, the countermeasures are put forward. The paper also analyzes the reason that the fender causes the stacking, proposes the modification for solving the problem of the fender stacking. Finally, it is found that prick technique can solve the problem of fender stacking. Meanwhile the suggestions for designing fender are proposed in the paper.
