摘要
目的:观察临床应用低剂量 VA 或多种营养素辅助治疗新生儿肺炎的效果。方法选取2013年2月~2014年9月在我院诊治的129例新生儿肺炎患儿,按随机数字表法随机分为 A、B、C 三组各43例,在常规治疗的基础上 A 组患者给予 VA,B 组患者给予 VA、VE、Zn、Se,C 组给予生理盐水,观察两组患者治疗后的效果。结果A、B、C 三组患儿总有效率分别为95.3%、95.3%、13.9%,A、B 两组患儿总有效率明显高于 C 组患儿(P <0.05,χ2=9.556),治疗后三组患儿的 VA 缺乏情况均得到明显改善(P <0.05),A、B 组间比较无明显差异(P >0.05),但改善程度明显高于 C 组(P <0.05);治疗后 A 组、B 组患儿的 VA、IgM、MDA 明显改善(P <0.05),RBP 无明显变化(P >0.05),A、B 组间比较无明显差异(P >0.05),C 组治疗后 VA、IgM、MDA 变化无明显差异(P >0.05),RBP 较治疗前明显升高(P <0.05),A 组、B 组患儿的实验室指标较 C 组改善明显(P <0.05)。结论临床应用低剂量 VA 或多种营养素辅助治疗新生儿肺炎效果明显,可推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of low-dose vitamin A or combined application of many nutrients for neonatal pneumonia.Methods 129 newborns with pneumonia treated in our hospital from February 2013 to September 2014 were selected and divided into 3 groups randomly,43 cases in each group.Based on conven-tional treatment,the A group was treated with VA,the B group was treated with VA,VE and Zn,and the C group was treated with NS.The treatment effect of the three groups was observed.Results The condition of VA deficiency of the three groups improved evidently after treatment (P 〈0.05).There was no evident difference between the A group and the B group (P 〉0.05),but the improvement degree was evidently higher than that of the C group (P 〈0.05).VA,IgMand MDA of the C group improved evidently after treatment (P 〈0.05),and RBP had no evident change (P 〉0.05).And there was no evident difference between the A group and the B group (P 〉0.05).VA, IgMand MDA of the C group had no evident difference after treatment (P 〉0.05).And RBP raised compared with that before treatment (P 〈0.05).The laboratory indexes of the A group and the B group improved evidently com-pared with that of the C group (P 〈0.05).Conclusion The adjunctive treatment effect of low-dose vitamin A or combined application of widely many nutrients for neonatal pneumonia is evident,which is worthy of widely promotion and application.
