CIK细胞联合化疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of autologous CIK cells with chemotherapy on patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer

目的研究CIK细胞联合化疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者生活质量、免疫功能影响以及其疗效和不良反应。方法 70例NSCLC患者随机分为对照组(长春瑞滨+顺铂:NP,35例)和联合组(CIK+NP,35例)。对两组疾病总有效率、总控制率、生活质量、免疫功能和不良反应进行对比。结果联合组总有效率28.6%与对照组22.9%无统计学差异,但总控制率77.1%明显高于对照组51.4%;联合组患者生活质量优于对照组;联合组患者治疗后外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+百分率明显高于治疗前以及同期对照组水平;联合组不良反应小于对照组。结论 CIK细胞联合NP化疗方案副作用小,能提高患者机体免疫功能,能有效改善NSCLC患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of combination of cytokine-induced killer （CIK）cells with chemotherapy on quality of life,immune function,efficacy and adverse reaction in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）.Methods 70 NSCLC patients were randomly divided into the combined group （CIK ＋NP,35 cases）and the control group （navelbine ＋cisplatin：NP,35 cases）.The overall response rate （ORR）,o-verall control rate （OCR）,quality of life,immune function and adverse reaction were compared mutually.Results ORR （28.6%）in the combined group was similar with that in the control group （22.9%）,while OCR （77.1%） in the combined group was markedly higher than that in the control group（51.4%）.The quality of life in the CIK combined group was superior to that in the control group.Moreover,the rates of CD3 ＋,CD4 ＋positive cells and the ratio of CD4 ＋/CD8 ＋ in CIK and cytotoxic drugs post-treated patients were observably higher than those in the pre-treated patients or the patients treated with cytotoxic drugs.Finally,the incidence of adverse reaction in the CIK com-bined group was significantly lower than that in the control group.Conclusion CIK combined with NP chemotherapy is safe and effective,which can enhance immune function and improve quality of life in patients with NSCLC.
