Research on the foam extinguishing agent for biological (animal) toxicity

参考相关国家标准,采用两种试验方法—斑马鱼生物毒性试验方法和小鼠经口生物毒性试验方法研究不同类型泡沫灭火剂的生物毒性进行测试。通过对比试验研究泡沫灭火剂中添加的抗冻剂对于生物毒性的影响。斑马鱼试验中出现致死现象,小鼠试验中未出现致死现象。对于在泡沫灭火剂中添加抗冻剂应慎重。灭火剂使用后的水体排放应给予更多的关注。

Referring to the related national standards,biological toxicity of different types of foam extinguishing agents were discussed through two biological toxicity test of zebra fish method and mice method.The effect of additive of antifreeze agent in foam extinguishing agent was analyzed through comparative experiments.Lethality was found in zebra fish method,but none was in mice method.The additive of antifreeze agent in foam extinguishing agent should be considered carefully and also more concerns should be put on water draining after usage of extinguishing agent.
