结合近年来的典型LNG罐车事故案例,提出LNG罐车交通事故救援处置原则,如加强初期管控、进行灾情评估、交通管制和任务分组等。在此基础上,根据具体事故发生情况提出处置措施及注意事项,包括LNG罐车无泄漏、无霜冻,LNG罐车无泄漏、罐体有霜冻,LNG管线阀门发生泄漏,以及罐车泄漏的异常处置。

Combined with the typical LNG tank accidents in recent years,provide the disposal principles of traffic accident rescue of LNG tank,such as strengthening primary management and control,assessment of accident situation and traffic control and task distribution.on the basis,the corresponding countermeasures and notices were proposed aiming at different situations including no leakage and frost of LNG tank,no leakage but frosty tank,leakage of LNG pipeline valve and abnormal circumstance.
