摘要
针对地震中建筑房屋倒塌、人员被埋于废墟中并难以探测的问题,为了辅助消防救援的生命探测,提出了一种用于震后新型生命探测的小型化搜索装置的设计方案,介绍了该装置由多个柔性单元联接而成的本体结构,简述了其主要的工作原理和作业方式,并对装置中所运用的方向控制关键技术进行了理论分析计算,完成了对研制样机的性能测试试验。该装置可深入倒塌建筑废墟所形成的狭小缝隙中曲折前行、搜索和探测幸存者,具有方向控制灵活、携带方便、适应环境能力强的特点,对消防救援工作具有一定的辅助作用。
On account of the difficulty in detecting life buried in the rubble from collapse of buildings and houses in an earthquake,an originally design of a small instrument used to search for survivals after a disaster has been put forward,which can assist the fireman's job.Moreover,this paper has introduced its basic structure composed of several flexible unites,and simply presented the main design principle as well as operation methods.Then,it has made the theoretical analysis and calculation for the crucial technologies of direction control.Finally,the physical prototype has been tested for key functions in the laboratory.This device can windingly move in gaps to detect and search for victims with many outstanding characters of controling direction neatly,being carried easily and owing excellent adaption to environment,which is somewhat helpful to fire rescue.
