摘要
通过对一起连续硝化装置起火、爆炸事故的调查,从现场勘验、DCS控制系统分析、事故过程分析、调查询问等不同方面取得证据,并认真分析引起事故的直接原因及经验教训,对该类化工事故调查有一定的借鉴意义。
Through a fire investigation on a continuous nitrifying system fire and explosion,evidence was obtained from aspects as on-site inspection,analysis of DCS control system,analysis of accident process and inquiry,the fire cause and experience were analyzed,giving references for fire investigation on similar chemical accident.
