Research Report on " Lifelong Learning Experience Base: Learning Path Innovation of Shanghai Residents"

体验式学习基地建设顺应了新学习理论的要求,也根植于多年来社区教育的广阔实践土壤。本项目作为开放情景下的社会实验,以上海市8家体验基地为载体,坚持理念创新、试点先行、逐步扩大、项目深化的实践策略,持续深入开展行动研究与案例分析。通过2年多的实地、实践研究,探索社会资源整合模式,拓展了上海市终身教育网络;探索体验式学习模式,创新了市民终身学习路径;探索项目化管理模式,积累了学习载体开发经验;探索社区教育新领域,深化了理论与实践的结合,积累了可复制、可推广的经验。

The construction of experiential learning base complies with the requirements of the new learning theory,and is also rooted in the years of extensive community education practice. This project,as a social experiment in openness,taking eight experience bases in Shanghai as the carrier,adheres to the practical strategy： innovating concept,piloting first,expanding gradually,deepening the project,and continuously deepens action research and case analysis. Through more than two years of field and practical research,it explores the integration model of social resource and expands the Shanghai lifelong education network. It also explores the experiential learning model and innovates the citizen＇s lifelong learning path. By exploring the project management model,learning carrier development experience is accumulated. By exploring new areas of community education,the integration of theory and practice is deepened; some replicable and scalable experiences are accumulated.
