职业院校专业教师企业实践现状与对策研究

Present Situation and Countermeasures of Professional Teachers in Vocational Colleges Practicing in Enterprises

调查江苏省13个地级市的企业实践教师、学校管理者、企业管理者、企业实践现状,研究教师在企业实践中的角色、实践途径、实践时间长度、教师企业实践与教学工作之间矛盾的协调,以及教师企业实践面临的主要困难。剖析存在的问题,反思职业院校专业教师企业实践组织管理是否合理、有效,提出科学、合理的策略建议。

The way that professional teachers in vocational colleges practice in enterprises is an important measure to improve teachers＇ professional skills and promote the development of vocational education. This paper explores teachers＇ role in the enterprise practice,the ways of practice,the time span of practice,the contradiction reconciling between enterprise practice and teaching,as well as the major difficulties in enterprise practice by investigating the present situation of the practice teachers,school administrators,and enterprise administrators in 13 prefecture-level cities in Jiangsu province. It analyzes the existing problems,reflects on the rationality and validity of the organization of professional teachers＇ enterprise practice,and puts forward the scientific and reasonable strategies and suggestions.
