摘要
随着高等职业教育课程改革的不断深入并结合本校实际教学情况,从"营养配餐"课程的特点着手,分析现状,从教学设计、教学内容、教学方法、考核办法等方面对"营养配餐"课程教学进行了一系列改革研究,以期为职业院校应用型课程的改革提供依据。
With the development of higher vocational education curriculum reform, and combined with the actual school teaching situation,current situation is analyzed. The research on a series of reforms is carried out,including instructional design,teaching content,teaching methods and assessment methods,etc. for the Nutrition Catering course. Basis is provided for the reform of applied courses of the vocational colleges.
