“食品标准与法规”课程教学改革的几点思考

通过分析"食品标准与法规"课程教学中存在的一些常见问题,从教学内容、教学方法、考核方式3个方面阐述了"食品标准与法规"的改革,同时结合教学实际,介绍了案例教学法、多媒体教学法、实践教学法在课程教学改革中的应用。

Some common problems exiting in Food Standards and Regulations course are analyzed in this paper. It is elaborated that teaching content,teaching methods,examination mode in the teaching reform of Food Standards and Regulations course.And in combination with teaching practice, the application of some teaching methods such as case teaching, multimedia teaching,practical teaching in the course teaching reform is introduced.
