摘要
聚乳酸(PLA)具有优异的机械性能、生物相容性与可生物降解性,是研究最为广泛的生物高分子材料之一。但是聚乳酸结晶速率慢和结晶度低导致的热变形温度低,严重制约了其发展与应用。因此,如何提高聚乳酸的结晶速率是目前学术界和工业界的研究热点,具有极为重要的科学意义和应用价值。添加成核剂是改善聚乳酸结晶性能最有效和常见的方法。本文结合我们课题组在聚乳酸结晶方面的研究工作综述了聚乳酸结晶存在的问题、改进的方法,重点综述了聚乳酸主要成核剂的研究进展,最后提出展望。
Poly (lactide) ,is one of the most developed biopolymers because of its excellent performances in mechanical properties, biocompatibility and biodegradability. But its application is limited by the low heat distortion temperatures(HDT) which is mainly resulted from a low crystallization rate and lacking of crystallinity after fast processing. Consequently, considerable attention was paid recent years in both academia and industry to achieve fast(er) crystallization of PLA. Adding nucleating agents is the most useful and common technol- ogy to improve the crystallization properties of the PLA. In here, we briefly reviewed the research progress in crystallization modification of PLA notably by means of adding nucleating agents.
