男性Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的甲状腺超声特点研究

Study on the characteristics of thyroid ultrasound in male patients with T_2DM

目的探讨Ⅱ型糖尿病(T_2DM)男性患者的甲状腺超声特点。方法选取收治的T_2DM男性患者53例(病例组)和同期到我院接受体检的健康者27例(对照组)。比较病例组与对照组的甲状腺体积、甲状腺肿大、甲状腺结节、甲状腺回声异常、甲状腺结构异常发生率,并进一步对比两组甲状腺结节患者的超声检查结果。根据病程将T_2DM男性患者分为3组:A组(病程<5年)、B组(病程为5-10年)、C组(病程>10年),比较三组患者的超声检查结果。结果病例组甲状腺体积明显增加,甲状腺肿大、结节、结构异常发生率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组甲状腺回声异常率无显著差异(P>0.05)。病例组患者的甲状腺结节形态不规则、边界模糊、钙化、回声异常率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。病例组中的A组、B组、C组患者的甲状腺肿大、回声异常率无显著差异(P>0.05),三组患者的甲状腺结节、结构异常发生率依次升高(P<0.05)。A组甲状腺体积明显高于B组、C组(P<0.05),B组与C组患者的甲状腺体积无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 T_2DM男性患者的甲状腺体积变大,伴有甲状腺肿大、甲状腺结节及回声异常,呈现出明显的超声特点。

Objective To investigate the characteristics of thyroid ultrasound in patients with T_2 DM.Methods 53T_2 DM male patients（case group）and 27cases（control group）were treated in our hospital from March-2015 to July2012.T_2 DM patients was divided A group（duration of disease 5years）,B group（duration of 5-10years）and C group（duration of disease10years）.The thyroid volume,thyroid enlargement,thyroid nodules,thyroid echo abnormalities and thyroid structural abnormalities were observed.Results The thyroid volume,thyroid enlargement,thyroid nodules,thyroid structural abnormality in the case group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P0.05）.There was no significant difference of Abnormal rate of thyroid echo between case group and control group（P0.05）.The irregular shape,boundary ambiguity,calcification,calcification and abnormal rate of thyroid nodules of control group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P0.05）.There was no significant difference in thyroid goiter and thyroid echo（P0.05）in A group,B group and C group.The three groups of patients with thyroid nodules and thyroid structural abnormalities were increased（P0.05）.Thyroid volume in A group was significantly higher than that in B group and C group（P0.05）.There was no significant difference between B group and C group（P0.05）.Conclusions The thyroid volume of T_2 DM male patients is large,accompanied by thyroid goiter,thyroid nodules and echo abnormalities,showing obvious characteristics of ultrasonic.
