综合康复护理对胃癌手术患者情绪及生活质量影响

Effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on emotion and quality of life of patients with gastric cancer

目的研究综合康复护理对胃癌手术患者情绪及生活质量的影响。方法选取2012年1月~2013年12月收治的胃癌患者80例,按数字表法随机分为观察组与对照组各40例。观察组采取综合康复护理,对照组采取传统护理措施,对两组患者满意度、情绪和生活质量等进行比较分析。结果观察组患者经综合康复护理后,存在焦虑抑郁的患者比例显著少于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组患者的各项生活质量指标评分,如生理功能、社会功能和精神健康等,均明显高于对照组患者;观察组患者对护理水平、护理态度、护理内容和护理效果的满意度均明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组患者的平均静脉输液时间、肠道恢复排气时间以及住院时间均明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）,且观察组患者体质量下降程度也显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论综合康复护理能有效地提高胃癌手术后患者的满意度和生活质量,可明显改善患者的精神和情绪,具有较好的社会意义和实用价值,可在临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on emotion and quality of life of patients with gastric cancer.Methods From January 2012 to December 2013 in our hospital,80 gastric cancer patients,according to the digital table method,were randomly divided into study group and control group.The study group was given comprehensive rehabilitation nursing.The control group was given the traditional nursing measures.The satisfaction,mood and quality of life were analyzed.Results The anxiety depression of observation group was less than that of control group（P0.05）.The quality of life indexes score of observation group,such as physical function,social function and mental health,etc.,were significantly higher than that of the control group.The attitude to nursing level,nursing,nursing contents and nursing effect of satisfaction of observation group were significantly higher than that of control group（P0.05）.The venous infusion time,intestinal exhaust time and length of hospital stay of observation group were significantly higher than that of control group（P0.05）.The body degree of degradation of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve patient satisfaction,quality of life in patients and mental and emotional condition with gastric cancer after surgery.
