摘要
国投北部湾发电有限公司300 MW机组电除尘器实际出口烟尘排放浓度最高达120 mg/m3,已不能满足标准要求。对此,该电厂对电除尘器进行改造,将电除尘器的单相电源供电方式改造为三相电源供电方式,并对电除尘器一电场阴极系统进行分区改造。改造完成后,满负荷运行工况下电除尘器性能试验结果表明,电除尘器各个室进出口烟尘浓度、除尘效率均满足排放标准要求。
The highest value of actual outlet dust emission concentration of electrostatic precipitator of 300 MW unit in SDIC Beibuwan Power Generation Co., Ltd. has up to 120 mg/m3 which cannot meet requirements of standard. The modification of electrostatic precipitator in the power plant has been implemented, which changed the power supply mode from single- phase to threephase and modified the zone of electrostatic precipitator- electric field cathode system. After the modification, performance test results of electrostatic precipitator under full load operation condition show that dust emission concentrations at each inlet and outlet of electrostatic precipitator and dust precipitation rate all met requirements of emission standard.
