玉屏风颗粒对慢性荨麻疹患者IL-6、C4及临床疗效的影响

Effect of IL-6,C4 and Clinical Efficacy by Yupingfeng Granules in Patients with Chronic Urticaria

目的:探讨玉屏风颗粒对慢性荨麻疹患者IL-6、C4及临床疗效的影响及临床意义。方法:选取我院收治的慢性荨麻疹患者80例,随机分为对照组及实验组,对照组以常规西药治疗,实验组以玉屏风颗粒口服治疗。比较各组患者治疗后C4、CRP、Ig E、白介素及风团数量、发作频率及持续时间。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者C4、CRP、Ig E、白介素及干扰素水平均升高(P<0.05),治疗后与对照组相比,实验组C4、Ig E、白介素及干扰素水平较高(P<0.05),风团数量、发作频率及持续时间均较少(P<0.05)。结论:玉屏风颗粒可改善患者抵抗力,降低细胞炎性及过敏反应状态,促进补体、白介素及干扰素合成释放,有效控制慢性荨麻疹临床症状,临床疗效优于常规治疗,可作为临床有效治疗方案,并具有重要意义。

Objective ： To investigate the effect of IL-6, C4 and clinical efficacy by Yupingfeng Granules in patients with chronic urticaria. Methods ： 80 patients with chronic urticaria from our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and experiment group. The control group were treated by conventional Western medicine and the experiment group were treated by Yupingfeng Granules. C4, CRP, IgE, IFN, interleukin, the number of wheals, seizure frequency and duration were compared after treatment. Results： Compared with before treatment, the C4, CRP, IgE, interleukin and interferon level were higher （P〈0.05）; Compared with the control group, the C4, CLIP, IgE, interleukin and interferon level were higher （ P〈0.05 ）, the number of wheal, seizure frequency and duration were lower （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion ： Yupingfeng Granules can improve patients with resistance, reduce inflammatory cells and allergic reaction, promote complement, interlenkin and interferon synthesis and release, effective control of the clinical symptoms of chronic urticaria, clinical curative effect is better than that of conventional therapy, as clinically effective treatment options, and has important significance.
